User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relations between Omega LLC (hereinafter cameohotel.ru or the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other.

The cameohotel.ru website is not a mass media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the cameohotel.ru website!

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User has the right to:

• search for information on the site;
• receive information on the site;
• comment on the content posted on the site;
• copy information to other sites with an indication of the source;
• use the site's information for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Administration has the right to:

• at its discretion and out of necessity, create, change, or cancel rules;
• restrict access to any information on the site.

The User undertakes:

• not to disseminate information aimed at propaganda of war, incitement of national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided;
• not to disrupt the operability of the site;
• not to post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive nature, as well as other information the placement of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of current Russian legislation;
• not to use scripts (programs) for the automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services.

The Administration undertakes:

• to maintain the operability of the site except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration's control.

Liability of the Parties

• the administration bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties;
• in the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement enters into force upon any use of this site.

The Agreement ceases to be valid upon the appearance of a new version.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.

The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
